Vendor Rules and Requirements

These rules keep the show safe, fair, and smooth for every seller and collector on the floor.

Setup and Load-In

  • Vendor check-in begins 2 hours before public doors open.
  • Tables must be fully staged 20 minutes before opening.
  • Keep all boxes and dollies clear of customer aisles.
  • Displays over 6 feet require pre-approval.

Sales Conduct

  • All prices must be visible or available upon request.
  • No counterfeit, altered, or intentionally mislabeled products.
  • No obstructing neighboring booth signage or pathways.
  • Resolve disputes with event staff support only.

Restricted Items

  • Weapons, tobacco products, and illegal items are prohibited.
  • No unauthorized food or beverage sales.
  • No amplified audio from individual booths.
